Marinapark Volendam exceeded my expectations in every way. the spacious room, complete with a terrace, was an unexpected delight at such a reasonable price. the attentive staff, particularly at breakfast, were not only helpful but truly made our stay memorable. the indoor pool and kids' club added an extra layer of relaxation, perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby picturesque port and dining at the charming restaurants within walking distance. the hotel's proximity to both Schiphol Airport and the vibrant Dutch National Opera & Ballet made it a convenient yet tranquil retreat. the buffet breakfast was a highlight, although served to us, which added a touch of luxury to our mornings. the modern amenities in the room, including the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, ensured our comfort was always a priority. Marinapark Volendam is not just a place to stay; it's an experience crafted for leisure and enjoyment, ideal for those seeking a quiet and rejuvenating getaway just a short drive from Purmerend and a stone's throw from the bustling city of Amsterdam.
